This recently built comfortable cottage is located on the north shore of the island of Maui, tucked away in the quiet countryside of Haiku but relatively close to major attractions! Enjoy a relaxing vacation in a rich tropical setting with spectacular ocean views!

The Space
The house offers panoramic views of the mountains and the ocean with warm and breezy weather. The house living space is 1000 square feet with an additional 400 square feet of deck and a double carport. The house is great for couples, solo travelers, and families with kids. Lush foliage is abundant, with banana, citrus, and avocado trees planted throughout the yard. The house is perfect for a relaxing vacation in a quiet, private, and peaceful tropical setting.
Guest Access
The house has a variety of features to ensure you have a wonderful stay on Maui. The large outdoor patio has teak wood furniture and a gas barbecue, perfect for enjoying dinner while watching the sunset. We offer a modern fully equipped kitchen, with a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, cookware, dishes, and utensils. The home includes high-speed wireless internet, two smart TVs, an Apple TV media streamer, a stereo system, and a laundry area with a washer and dryer. The master bedroom includes a king bed, a large closet, and a master bathroom with a double walk-in shower and a private outdoor shower. There is also a separate tv viewing area with a sofa and a second guest bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Interaction with Guests
We are usually very responsive to messages, available to answer questions, and perform needed maintenance. We are also happy to provide you unique recommendations of activities to do and things to see while you are on Maui.
Other Things to Note
The cottage is located on a 2.9 acre property, which includes a house where the hosts live. One dog, a friendly miniature labradoodle, lives inside the hosts' home and will not be at the cottage. Kids are welcome as long as they are supervised by adults, since there is a steep gulch on the edge of the property.
The Neighborhood
The house is in a small and quiet neighborhood in the countryside, which allows you to be away from the hustle and bustle of the big cities, but also still relatively close to major attractions. This allows you to have a unique and fun visit not comparable to a hotel, and lets you experience living the Hawaiian lifestyle.
