"Half the hotel is getting renovated, make sure you ask for the renovated rooms. It was an additional $40 a night charge but worth it. The room was so cute, roomy, and plenty of storage. The staff was very friendly and all parts of the hotel was very clean. We really liked that the pool was open until 9pm. Our kids loved it and especially the lawn with outdoor games. Perfect view of the mountains and harbor. We also loved that the beach was right there. We will definitely be coming back to stay here. The location was also so perfect."

"Rooms are on the smaller side but one doesn't go to Maui to sit in the room! Right on the top of an excellent South Maui beach with excellent snorkeling and plenty of turtles! Vibes are chill, can still hear the birds calling. Mahalo!"

"Even though there's a Hilton/Hampton Inn resort being built next door, the staff was very nice any accomating. The only negative was that they didn't offer the main menu. Only offered the buffet. "
