"Cigarettrök kom in i rummet genom ventilation. Stark obehaglig lukt. Kändes som personen i rummet bredvid blossade på ordentligt men söder är rök förbud i hela hotellet? Förstörde min vistelse och sömn. Otroligt dåligt i dessa dagar att sånt kan hända - byggnaden är rätt ny så sådant ska inte behöva förekomma. De måste ha byggt fel. "

"Week long stay over Xmas to be with children and granddaughter who live locally. The GM Hagersten is well placed for us and convenient for the Tunnelbana for when we need to travel into the city. A comfortable stay and good nights sleep for when the barnbarn has tired us out! Staff, no matter what duty, are always friendly and so attentive. Another enjoyable stay, see you again soon and a Got Nytt Ar to all! "
