"Quiet, centrally located cabin. Perfect for day trips to south Iceland, including Golden Circle. Cabin was very neat, ckean, tidy. Hostess (plus dogs & horses) is very friendlyand would stay again in a heartbeat! Takk fyrir."

"We have really enjoyed our week just outside Selfoss. The cabin was cosy and equipped with all the essentials, and an excellent base to explore southern Iceland from. We even got to see the Northern Lights from just outside the cabin! Petra was an accessible, friendly and super helpful host, she kindly went above and beyond to help us when our flight was cancelled due to a bad storm. We would highly recommend!"

"We have enjoyed staying at this cottage very much. Kept ourselves very busy exploring Iceland to the fullest during the days, comming back in the evening we felt welcomed and had everything what we needed to rest and enjoy some off time. "Absolutely perfect spot for our winter visit to Iceland. Made it easy for day trips to Reykjavik, Blue Lagoon, waterfalls, Vik, and more. The home was warm, clean, well set-up, and had everything we needed to feel at home. Appreciated the shovel and sidewalk de-icing salt. Great communication with the owner, and no issues whatsoever. "Greg and Magnea were amazing hosts. Their property is absolutely perfect for a big group like ours were. Plenty of rooms so you can spread the group out while also having big community areas to all hang out in. You could also spread out and have smaller group hangs outs as well. I could go on and on about how amazing this place was!"

"Klara and Harold are very welcoming. We enjoyed are stay. They have a beautiful farm. We were able to see sights on the Golden Circle, go to Hvolsvollur, and Seljalandsfoss from this location. We also visited the animals on the farm."

"Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Man hat einen wundervollen Ausblick über den Fluss. Da das Wetter sehr gut war, konnten wir die großzügige Terrasse mit den zahlreichen Sitzgelegenheiten nutzen. Ein Highlight war der tolle HotPot. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden das Haus jederzeit wieder mieten."

"I like in the countryside and unique lodge experience, being Cosy and hot-tub. The small inconvenience is the beds are rather small. My son's legs overhang the single beds. Also the steps was a bit too steep when visiting downstairs toilet middle of the night. Overall I loved it."

"Big rooms, great shared kitchen/dining room, fast WiFi. A bit remote, 20m drive to town for restaurants and groceries. There’s a sign to call to checkin just before the kitchen. "
