Ok to stay
My stay was good. The receptionist was not sure that I was a prepaid customer, he asked me to show the email that I received from Hotels.com showing that my trip was already paid. When I showed it, he was ok but still looked like not convinced. I believe Hotels.com and the hotel's database are not synchronised. Apart from that my stay was ok, didn't really get time from work to get to know more about the hotel, breakfast was good

the AC's need to be renovated as it produces sounds. the location in middle market. people are nice

Reception was rude. Luggage service man wasn't available. Smoking smell in corridors and rooms. Air conditioner wasn't working in the whole building. Wifi wasn't available in room.Breakfast wasn't good. This hotel shouldn't be listed in hotels list for that area.
