"The unit is clean. However, there is no room service for the 4 days i was staying. I think probably it would be better to help us change the towel for every 2 days stay. Parking at the premises is 1000 yen per day. Overall the stay is comfortable. 5 mins drive to aeon shopping mall. Will come back again in future!"

"Location was great, easy to get to and easy to walk to American Village. We did the pre- check in to make check in easier and it only took a few minutes. We ran into an issue at check in but it was quickly resolved by the staff. The view was amazing- our favorite part. The pillows are ok, and the internet kept going in and out our entire stay but other than that we enjoyed our room. "

Location - approximately 10 mins ride from Naha International Airport with monorail to Asahibashi Station and then another 10 mins walk to hotel with luggage. Room was quiet on the 10th floor.
