The location is fantastic for Tenterden and other nearby spots (eg Chapel Down) and the cottage itself is superbly kitted out to a very high standard. Add to that the excellent hosts and oh so thoughtful little touches, and I’ve no hesitation in thoroughly recommending it to anyone looking for a fantastic self catering away break."

I don't know if this is a scam as the email confirmation said that there was no Front Desk so ring in advance to confirm booking... Lord alone knows who would be picking you up and taking you someplace else. "Interesting place. Advertised as a guest house on some sites and Bed and Breakfast on others. Unfortunately when we arrived were told breakfast was not included - that seemed strange I booked the room on the pretence it served breakfast - being a "Guest House". I paid top price for this site when compared with other B & B's. Although they did end up supplying cereal for breakfast. But that is not good enough for the price. Also daily service was minimalist.
