"Wonderful, updated and well-stocked kitchen and IMMENSE refrigerator helped with making four mammoth feasts in a row for family, with grandkids and pooches underfoot. Terrific location, beautifully appointed house, and Colleen could not possibly be more responsive. Thanks for having us!!!"

"We really enjoyed our stay! The hosts were great and happily answered our questions and fulfilled our requests. The cottage is smaller than we expected and the 2 main bedrooms are upstairs so make sure you are comfortable with the staircase as pictured. It worked for us."

We are from a rural area in upstate NY. Too much traffic! If you want and alternate breakfast location, check out Stables. Food is wonderful. Only open for breakfast and lunch!
