"This was a HORRIBLE experience. No room heating at all despite the snow outside. For hot water; you have to inform by 2-hours prior to your need to have a shower, otherwise it is with freezing water. Getting out of the hotel; your feet stick deep down in the snow with no snow removal facilities. No WiFi at all."

"The chalet was overall great, and everything was in order. Before we left, I noticed a first aid kit and hairdryer in the drawer beside the bed. It would be better if they were placed in a more visible spot. As for cleanliness, the chalet was very clean, but I did notice unclean towels left in the laundry basket upon our arrival. I’m sure this was an oversight, but it’s worth mentioning to the housemaid to ensure extra attention to detail."

Family summer and winter resort

"The hotel is located in the mountain, housing a ski resort. The staff is very friendly, in particular the reception staff. There is an indoor swimming pool which is mostly unused during my visit. There aren't many shops and restaurants nearby, most visitors came with families and for skiing. Essential to have a car if you wish to move around. The rooms are very comfortable and service is fast. "
