"November 8th - November 13th There are not enough words to describe this property!! The amount of care that is put into everything is amazing. Beth has thought of EVERYTHING you could need...just when you think "Hmm, she probably doesn't have that..." just open a drawer, and there's a great chance you'll find it! The cottage was sparkling clean, the location/view was exactly as shown in the pics, it's phenomenal. We stayed there for 5 nights and I think we had the best sleep we've had in years!...

"We had a great time at the cottage. Our 2 year old grand daughter loved the s'mores by the fire. We brought along all we needed for Thanksgiving Dinner and the kitchen was so well equipped that we actually could have roasted our turkey there but we had that done at home. Frank and Val have thought of everything you might need for a great stay! Frank was very quick to respond to any requests we had and the instructions for use of the cottage were very clear. "If you are looking for a secluded spot, this is the place. We enjoyed going for walks and kayaking around the island. The kitchen is spacious so we did a fair bit of cooking, although it’s a short drive into town to go out to dinner if that’s what you prefer. The only drawback is that the downstairs bedroom was a bit loud because of pumps turning on and off at night, but if you’re a sound sleeper that shouldn’t be a problem. "

"You could not ask for a better host than Claire! She was so kind to us during our stay. The house was just as described and the perfect place for us to stay for our 30th anniversary trip to Nova Scotia. The views were amazing, the beds were so comfortable and we enjoyed the cozy fire. The deck was the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. Nearby Polly's Cove is a beautiful hike. We highly recommend this property!"

"My 22-y-o granddaughter joined me for her first trip out of the US. I chose this cottage for its proximity to Halifax, Peggy’s Cove, and the rocky coast. It was perfect for the two of us, plenty of room, very comfortable, well-supplied kitchen, excellent WiFi, and beautiful walks. The owners responded immediately and helpfully to a mechanical issue. The house was comfortable and had lots of room to hang out when we were not out checking out all the nearby attractions.
