The front desk staff doubled assigned another guest to the room I was already assigned to, and it caught me by surprise, but I understand mistakes can happen, and she handled it accordingly. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. And the location was convenient. I will visit again."

"The hotel is good value for money and located in the downtown area of Ulsan city. Good restaurants and pubs are nearby. The only controversial point is the fact that the reception(check-in) desk is located right in front of the elevators, so you have to see and say hello to staffs every time you go back to your room.
