"During the checkin we requested a crib, they told us it will be sent to our room shortly. After 30 min it came, but it had dirty linen. We took a picture of it and showed it to someone at the front desk who apologized and agreed to send us new crib linen. The next morning, we requested two bathrobes and one of them came wet. We asked the housekeeper to exchange it and he said he will bring us a new one, but never came. Briefly, the hotel service needs to be improved. "

The Isa Bar in the hotel is a true highlight—cozy, welcoming, and with a great atmosphere. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout my stay. However, the restaurant was a disappointment. While the food was good, the ambiance was underwhelming—uninspired décor and a noisy environment that didn’t match the hotel’s five-star status....
