"We were meant to stay here for 3 nights but unfortunately the weather in Koh Samui was monsoon so we decided to stay for one night and go Bangkok But that was a hard choice because the facilities and staff here were so fantastic to us, the ambience of the hotel was great and location was in the middle of everything you needed The breakfast was brilliant and after telling the staff we was going to check out early due to the weather, they provided us a private car to the airport I wish we could have stayed here for longer "

They couldn't fix it. Within 10 minutes they installed a different TV, now that to me is going above and beyond. The staff is incredibly friendly. "
