"We spent two weeks in one of the two bedroom pool villas. The accommodation was exceptional, the staff were great and very helpful. Our flight was delayed and we would be arriving after reception closed but the staff stayed in contact to make sure we knew the taxi would be waiting at the airport and that we would be able to gain entry. "This was an amazing place to stay. Individual villas with all of the amenities, like a kitchen and a washing machine. The infinity pool was very very nice. Fantastic views from high up on the hill. Restaurant was great and the included breakfast menu is varied and delicious."

"We recently (October 2024) stayed in the Sundance Villa as a family of 5 adults and thoroughly enjoyed our 7 nights. Property was amazing, beds were extremely comfortable and each room had its own bathroom giving everyone their own privacy. The pool was amazing and provided hours of fun. I attempted to call him but no-one picked up. When he finally picked up (less than one week before my arrival date), he immediately informed me that he is refusing the service I paid him in full for. "Our initial impression was are we in the right villa as the Google maps site in not where the property is. However we found it to be a better location to the fisherman's village. The villa is very new. Building development is going on adjacent but we did not feel it was avproblem. Everything was good , the whole family enjoyed our stay."

"Initial impression not good in need of some maintenance. Room appeared to be clean, but house keeping only cleans the obvious don't look under the bed. Large room comfortable firm bed. Balcony nice once floor had been cleaned. AC worked well, shower but no shower stall, plenty of hot water. It served it's purpose. Should I return I would look for other venue. Fair price."

"Amazing! Super generepus hotel with everything high end in the rooms. Location is perfect the food and the vibes too! The gym is small but super high end machines and it is open 24/7. The spa is great and the in house shop too! Nikki beach never disappoint in any country! I would def return! LOVE it!"

"An amazing stay here, situated on Chaweng beach front and close to the activity on the main road, a very convenient location. Rooms were of a great standard and very clean and quiet. Breakfast by the beach every morning was fantastic. 2 pool areas to chill in meant people were spaced out. Definitely recommend! "

"Our stay at this resort in Koh Samui was truly unforgettable, thanks to the exceptional service and amazing staff. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. Every staff member was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. Their warmth and dedication made all the difference in our experience. All the services were top-notch, from the fantastic breakfast to the stunning pool and breathtaking views. The resort is nestled up in the mountains, making it a peaceful retreat, but getting in and out requires either renting a motorbike or calling a Grab. The climb up and down is quite steep, though the resort provides golf cart pickups, which helps a lot. A special mention to the team for their incredible support when we had a motorbike accident—they were beyond helpful and went out of their way to assist us, even accommodating our extended stay. Their kindness and care during a stressful time meant so much to us. If you’re looking for a place with outstanding service, a serene atmosphere, and a team that truly cares, this resort is a perfect choice!"
