"The hotel did not have any hot water. This normally isn't a problem in the heat during summer, but I stayed in March, where the nights were a bit chilly and required a not cold water temperature. When I talked to the hotel about someone coming to fix it, it took him 2 hours to reach our room. This was before bed, so I couldn't go to sleep until they came in to fix the water. "The apartment was extremely clean. It is conveniently located to the Gzira and Sliema city centers. We were able to walk to different restaurants for all our meals. The only problem was the switch to the water heater kept tripping off. When I called the management, they responded very quickly and showed us where the switch was and reset it.
