"Falsely advertise air conditioning. The av is centrally controlled and set to at minimum 30c. It moves the air around the room but doesn’t cool at all. Rooms are tiny. Can’t open a suitcase. "

However, the rooms were very outdated, even though it looked clean the carpet had some stains. Overall, the hotel is in a great location and it was easy to walk around the downtown area. "

"The hotel is definietly not 4*, it's dark, dated and old. The room was clean, but you can see that they only spend money on maintenance if they need to. Cracked sink in the bathroom, with the cheapest handsoap/no shower gel or shampoo provided. No kettle or other tea/coffee making facilities, the minibar is super expensive. The breakfast was very basic, with limited options available after 8 (eventhough it's finishing at 10:30)."

"Great peaceful hotel . Really clean. Surrounded by all the shops and bars . 10 min walk from the main station, good breakfast . Staff friendly . Would certainly stay here again "

"Residential area, quiet. Staff were great, room well equipped. Only a few minutes from public transport and the city centre. Generally had a slightly worn look - furniture, etc but ok. Fridge in room was very noisy 24/7 and the air-con didn't work effectively - in need of a service perhaps? Breakfast was very basic, eggs cold (cooked for 7am?), if there was any left. I was ok with the stay especially with the very helpful and friendly staff."
