"I had a pleasant stay overall - rooms were clean, staff was friendly, and the amenities were good. However, there was no dedicated space for drop-offs on check-in, which made arrival and departure a bit stressful, especially with luggage. Two buses occupied the whole space. "

"I ve heard a lot of this hotels and stayed a night for the first time and immediately noticed that it s a franchise from Japan, you can literally feel yourself in japanese style which is great, everything like small but you can find everything you need, they have breakfast included which is another great thing to stay here. I think i will stay in this chain in the future because they have some hotels in major cities 👍"

"The hotel is good value for money and located in the downtown area of Ulsan city. Good restaurants and pubs are nearby. The only controversial point is the fact that the reception(check-in) desk is located right in front of the elevators, so you have to see and say hello to staffs every time you go back to your room. "

"Fantastic views to the river from our room. The bed was comfortable but there were no chairs to sit on only a tiny stool to sit on. The room has small kitchenette but no utensils, no dishes and nothing else. My elderly mother was with me. She spent lots of time on the bed. The room came with two pillows so I asked two extra pillows for my elderly mother so she can seat more comfortably against the headboard. I was a little surprised they changed me $10.00 for two extra pillows . Not a nice feeling. "
