"Very well equipped, clean cottage. We received a warm welcome from the owners and a comprehensive introduction to the property. Due to the unseasonably bad weather whilst we were there, we were unable to make best use of the facilities but there were plenty of them, including a heated pool. The only criticism was that the chairs in the living room were not very comfortable but I imagine guests would normally spend their time outside where there is plenty of garden furniture."

Lorsque nous avons fait appel au propriétaire pour l'entretien de la piscine, il a immédiatement envoyé quelqu'un et tout s'est bien réglé A notre arrivée, la maison était propre, mais les ustensiles de cuisine ne l'étaient pas. La maison est spacieuse et agréable. C'est dommage qu'il n'y a pas suffisamment de chaises pour l'extérieur 4 alors que nous avons loué pour 11 personnes, ni de transats pour entourer la piscine."

"We had a great stay here! The owner is so nice and welcoming! If back in area we would definitely book again. Our children so enjoyed feeding the horses carrots and petting the cows at the end of the road. There just wasn't enough time to enjoy the kayaks on the river. It's a great home! Thank you!"

"Zeer aangenaam. Het huis is groot met een leuke tuin waar we graag lekkere hapjes eten. De bakker is op loopafstand, met heerlijk stokbrood, lekkere croissantjes etc. Er zijn genoeg leuke dorpjes in de omgeving en Dijon is niet zo ver. "

"Bonjour, Super weekend entre copains. Nous n'avons pas tester l'eau de la rivière car elle était sacrement en crue mais son débit nous a réveler l'ingéniosité du moulin de Pierre. Merci à lui pour son accueil, ses attentions et sa bonne humeur. Profitez bien"

"Sehr schöne saubere große Wohnung, fußläufig zur Altstadt, sehr freundlicher Kontakt, völlig unkomplizierter Check in und out. Parken, Einkaufen direkt gegenüber. Sehr empfehlenswert!"

"Wir haben einige Tage in dem fantastischen Haus verbracht, entspannt, gekocht, genossen - eine tolle Zeit, auch wenn Champlitte ein wenig verschlafen ist. Dafür gibt es viel Natur und Gray, Besancon oder Dijon sind nicht ferne!"

"Das Haus und die Lage sind einfach atemberaubend. Anfangs haben wir über die Sauberkeit hinweg gesehen, das Ungeziefer nicht beachtet und auf die schlecht funktionierende Toilette nicht geachtet. Nachdem wir nunmehr jedoch regelrecht beschimpft wurden, weil wir das Objekt respektlos verlassen hätten, sowohl von den Eigentümern als auch von der Servicekraft vor Ort, platzt mir der Kragen. Natürlich haben wir das Haus nicht komplett gereinigt hinterlassen, weil eine Endreinigung obligatorisch ist....

"Magnifique séjour chez Éric. La maison est bien équipé. Tout est bien expliquer pour l'utilisation des différents équipements mis à disposition lors de notre séjour. Piscine, BBQ, terrasse avec pergola et jacuzzi. On a envie d'y rester plus longtemps..."

"Wir haben die Örtlichkeit und die Ruhe sehr genossen ... Natur PUR und ein wirklich ästhetisches Zuhause haben uns ein paar sehr erholsame Tage ermöglicht ... "Room was clean, and large. Staff were very friendly (nicest we had during our time in France) and helpful with very clear communication. Breakfast was good. "
