Enjoy expansive views across Chesapeake Bay to Deltaville, Windmill Point and Eastern Shore. Dolphins, ospreys, eagles, blue herons, egrets, swans, cargo ships, regattas, fireworks and NASA Wallops Island launches are observed seasonally from our neighborhood coastal cottage.

The rooftop deck is great for observing astronomical events in the celestial night sky; moon phases, meteor showers, eclipses and more. We are located in a private neighborhood with HOA. Our beach accesses are not open to the public.

ON THE ISLAND: 1)The Oyster Seed Holdings, LLC offering tours and a wine & oyster pairing overseeing beautiful Milford Haven at 425 Callis Wharf Rd. 2) Hole in the Wall Waterfront Grill serving locally sourced fresh foods. 384 Old Ferry Rd. 3) Gwynn's Island Museum displaying historical & cultural artifacts at 1775 Old Ferry Rd.

OFF THE ISLAND WITHIN 15 MINUTES: 1) Mathews Family YMCA at 33 Cricket Hill Rd. 2) Port Fun Park at 9763 Buckley Hall Rd next to the high school offers a playground, covered pavilions for picnics, tennis, restroom facilities. 3) Put In Creek Park offers parking for area picnics with tables & shelters, pavilion, kayak launch at the historic courthouse.

I’m not sure I can add anything more to the other reviews that are already out there. Clean and well kept, love the odds and ends that are stocked- so nice not to have buy a whole box of baggies to use one, or a set of salt and pepper for vacation use! Would be happy to stay again.

Perfection!
This is an excellent rental of a quaint and welcoming beach house. It had everything imaginable and was better equipped and cleaner than any other renal we have ever stayed in. Gorgeous view from the top deck, lazy time in the sunroom listening to the wave. This one is a gem!

Great Host
We had a great time at the beach house. Catherine is a great host. She was very helpful when we locked ourselves out the house. We have an adult special needs daughter she is in a hurry when we are going somewhere. We forgot the key inside and didn’t know what to do. We called her and she solved the problem right away. Host taught about every detail and is very organized . If you forgot something to bring, you can find at the house. House has a great view . Close to beach and has great balcony at the top. This our second stay because we liked it so much. We might return.

Comfortable Low Stress Getaway
This is our second stay at this home. The home provided enough room for our family of 5. Three young adults stayed in the second BR. And, we managed fine with the 1 Bath. The home is comfortable and provided a wonderful getaway. The home was stocked with all the things that we needed to enjoy our week on the island.

This is the go-to place to stay for a couple or small family. Too many little things to list are here, the owners have gone out of their way to make your stay great! This is our 3rd stay and look forward to staying again! The owners are great, the location is great and the views are over the top!

Quiet and relaxing winter stay
Beautiful view of the water during the day and endless stars at night. The place was well stocked and provided everything we needed so we didn't even need to leave the house. Beautifully situated within 30 feet of the water with great views of the Chesapeake Bay. Nicely furnished cottage, including well appreciated binoculars to view the ships and birds on the Bay. Very nice quiet streets to walk our dog during our November visit. Thank you Cathy and Dean!

Beautiful cottage by the bay.
This is our third year staying at Dean and Cathy's rental cottage. Last year we stayed there during Hurricane Ian and this year during Tropical storm Ophelia, the cottage stood through both storms and we felt very safe during bith storms. We enjoyed our stay despite of the weather,we enjoyed locking at the beautiful water view from inside the cottage. The location and house was perfect for me and my corgi. It was easy to find, clean, and absolutely perfect views of the bay. Only complaint is in the area there are very limited areas to eat out. Many listed were no longer in business.

GREAT PLACE 5+ Stars!
This rental was by far the best we have ever stayed at. Cathy and Dean made sure we had everthing we needed from sewing kit, first aid kit, bikes, kayaks, spices and more. Place was very very clean and the neighborhood very quiet. If I could give 10 stars I would. Beautiful view from top deck..

A Little Slice of Heaven close to Richmond
An absolutely beautiful little home with really all the amenities you could want for a week's stay. Walking distance from 2 pristine little beaches. The bicycles were so much fun! If you're looking for a few days away, I would definitely recommend you stay here. We'll be back for certain!

Amazing little getaway with girlfriends!!
Amazing!!! I cannot say enough about the house, the community and all the wonderful food & drinks!! The house is perfect, every detail counted for & the hosts are absolutely awesome! I would stay here again and again. Next time, will need to find Sunset pier, I don’t think we walked far enough. Thank you so much for opening your house to us. I highly recommend!!!
