"Hotel mocno średni. Pokoje tragedia połamana deska WC, ułamany zaczep od drzwi prysznica, spalona żarówka w szafie, niedziałające wifi, szlafroki tragedia. Prośba o większe szlafroki nie została zrealizowana mimo że powiedziano w recepcji że będą dostarczone. Upominanie się o papier toaletowy bo nikt nie donosi rano i dwa razy o obsługę kręgielni. "I truly loved this hotel. The building is beautiful same as the garden. They also have one of the top restaurants in Poland. The staff was extremely nice and welcoming. We ended up staying for an extra night. I would recommend this hotel"

"Hotel is on outskirts of town and is mainly a resort with cabins and basketball courts and a small sandy beach on lakeside. Area is beautiful but for a "business" traveler this hotel doesn't offer. WiFi poor. Room small and there was two single beds in my room which were fold up beds that were so low to ground its difficult to get up from. "Wonderful! Their spa/water facility , esp hot tub to rest my tired body & was such a blessing that evening after walking for 5 hrs at the Malbork Castle on the same day. The room was big, airy beautiful with the view of front entrance. The hotel also provided us with bathrobes & slippers. The towels were big fluffy. Their breakfast spread that in addition of regular items included a variety of smoked fish, smoothies, honeycomb (that I really enjoyed), breads etc. In addition there was a whole...

"It's alright. We checked in late (11pm) and the reception was very helpful, though the kitchen was closed. Clean room, though twin beds instead of a double bed. The bar was quite loud in the night, not so good. In the morning the reception could only speak Polish and German. We were told where the breakfast was and the breakfast itself was very nice. But we were told the price and charged afterwards and it was a bit over our expectation."

"Unser Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus am See war wunderbar! Die Lage direkt am Wasser ist traumhaft, mit herrlichem Blick und einem direkten Zugang zum See. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, gut ausgestattet und gemütlich eingerichtet. Besonders haben uns die Abende mit Sonnenuntergang und die Kajaktouren auf dem See gefallen. Auch in der nahegelegenen Stadt Ostróda gibt es viel zu entdecken. Die Gastgeber waren freundlich und hilfsbereit."
