The house was very clean, equipped with everything we needed to prepare a great meal - the gas grill did a wonderful job on our steaks! We would stay here again!"

"Mu husband and I needed a place to stay in Heber Springs for two nights. How lucky we were to find this gem! The cottage is so private and quiet. It was stocked with everything we needed. The beds were fabulous and we both slept better than we do at home. The Owner was very kind and responsive to my questions within a short amount of time. We will be back! "

"Cute, cozy, and well decorated little cabins on a nice campground-style location. We really enjoyed our weekend here, and both Gretchen and Roger were warm, friendly, welcoming hosts. There is a chicken coop with about a dozen friendly, well-behaved hens that roam the property and love checking out the human visitors. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a lttle getaway near Greers Ferry Lake or a unique "off the beaten path" experience in central Arkansas."

"The place was very nice, clean, stocked with plenty of kitchen items. The only problem was they said their was a patio heater (there was), but no propane tank. That was extremely disappointing as we wanted to use the patio but it was too cold. The other thing I wish that was mentioned is that to get there, you go through winding and steep hills. The driveway is also very very steep. Driving in at night and with rain made this very scaring. It would have helped to know this on the front...
