"Lovely hotel. Very nice room"

"I was only at the hotel for one night and arrived late. However the receptionist was friendly and said they would open the gym for me at 6am (instead of 7am) as I had to leave early. Breakfast was standard hotel fare with something for most tastes. The scrambled eggs were overdone but everything else was good. Coffee was a bit weak"

"This is a simple hotel without a lot of amenities, but it’s clean, convenient, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I was very happy with my stay. I was a little early for check-in time and they just put me into a room that was ready. "

"Great location once I had found it and a very clean, straightforward stay. I just some of the staff could be a bit more helpful. One person was very attentive and helpful, another could have said ‘scan your key on the black box in the lift to make it work, your key needs to go into the round switch as you enter the room (difficult to find in the dark) and I know it’s supposed to be minimal contact. "

"Always wanted to stay here. Only disappointment was that I could hear everything in the room next to mine through an adjoining door. But a nice spacious room, beautiful breakfast room overlooking the river with a good spread of food. Well positioned of course for the train station, shopping or a short bus ride to the MECC"
