"Before we arrived I had contacted the hotel concierge to arrange transport to & from the hotel and a few restaurant bookings. The staff could not of been more helpful in arranging this and a small surprise for my husband on our honeymoon. We were picked up by the hotel and the driver was polite and courteous. When we arrived at the hotel we were greeted so warmily be multiple staff, our bags were whisked away, we were given a welcome drink whilst we waited in the comfortable lobby to check in. The hotel is beautiful, it exceeded all our expectations and the restaurants are fantastic (we highly recommend Shiroux). The biggest asset of this hotel is it's staff. Everyone we met was pleasant, chatty and could not do enough to assist you. The hotel left a lovely gift for us to celebrate our honeymoon and the staff always congratulated us and made a special effort at dinner. Even just going for a stroll, the staff would say hello and have a conversation. We throughly enjoyed our time at this hotel and would recommend it to everyone, especially the snorkelling. We will definitely be back for our anniversary in a few years! "

"We loved everything about our stay at the Oriental Hotel Okinawa. The facilities are beautiful, the staff very welcoming and kind, and the food was delicious! Our hotel room was very spacious, very clean and had a great view. The hotel’s setting was gorgeous with amazing ocean views and we especially liked the lovely pool. We had breakfast buffet included in our room rate and it was very extensive - so many options. There was a little wait one morning when we arrived at a particularly busy time, but it didn’t bother us. We also had buffet dinner twice during our stay, they offered such a great variety of food. The hotel is a little further from tourist attractions, but we had a rental car during our stay in Okinawa and there was lots of parking at the hotel available for a small fee. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. "

Beaches have on staff life guards. hotel restaurants require reservations which fill up fast. annoying some are booked before checkin. checkin does not offer help with reservations. free orion welcome drinks is a very nice.
