"I believe this is the oldest hotel in Lourdes. The owners have done an incredible job of renovation. The attention to every detail from comfortable beds, beautiful bedding, amenities in the bathroom, a fantasticily gorgeous indoor, swimming, pool, and hot tub outside. The staff is obviously hand-picked for professionalism, extreme kindness cheerfulness. "Great location, a block away from Lourdes Basilica. We stayed overnight and the room with a loft was comfy for 5 people. Would stay here again. "

"This was a wonderful hotel. The owners are very friendly. More importantly, they are so knowledgeable about the area. We appreciated Sébastien‘s kind advice on the hiking routes. He was absolutely wonderful. We love the location of this hotel as well as it was close to restaurants and the main town center. Overall, we look forward to coming back again! Merci Sebastian! "

"Appart'City was perfect for our six night stay in Pau. We had all the amenities of an apartment with the services that a hotel provides. The location couldn't have been better on Rue Marechal Joffre with its lovely shops and restaurants.(Highly recommend Resto di Vin) It is a half-block from Place Clemenceau with its carousel and fountain, a block from the Monoprix, and two blocks from the Blvd. Pyrenees. Surprisingly, with all the activities right outside our door, the apartment was very quiet at night. The staff was friendly and helpful and we were able to take advantage of early check-in. "

Great gîte

"Thank you Alain for a wonderful stay in your beautiful gîte. We loved the farm festival you took us to and you have made us feel very welcome! The gîte is lovely and comfortable, very well equipped. The views are stunning. One point to note: the pool is shared with another gîte, not private. The region is beautiful, lots to do around the gîte "

"Bonjour. Vous mettez en avant la proprete, elle est exemplaire. Vos collaborat-eur-rice-s devraient animer des formations pour faire profiter d autres sur le sujet. Dans le meme registre : la presentation dans la chambre est bien coquette. Enfin l accueil a la reception est egalement un modele. Bon courage et bonne reception. "
