"We had a great time in Xi'an and loved the HeSu Designer Hotel & Suites. The young staff were all very friendly and efficient. The room was comfortable and modern. Location was about a 15-minute walk from the old city wall. Lots of things to see within walking distance. "

"The rooms division is terrible. Front desk ineffficient, not providing the expected services, lack knowledge, skills and information. Drainage in shower cabinet is too slow, towel taken away although is hung as directed for protection of enivronment. only one bath towel for one guest.
