To say that getting in touch with Eric was like seeing President Biden give a real Q & A session is an understatement. Check in day at 3pm the code listed on VRBO email would not work, nobody answered ring doorbell or phone listed.Waited, finally got in when Eric called, he said sometimes cleaners resets code. Loaded everyone in and lowered a/c temp but after hours only got hotter. Called first day telling Eric at 5:40pm that it was 81 degrees in house and no internet.2nd day 730am Eric let us know that A/C tech would be there this evening., for us to crack the doors, it’s pretty cool outside, knowing this is a retail area on the main highway. Then @9am Eric called several ac companies and found someone that might be there @11am.Internet back on @4pm 2nd day.
A/C tech got there and started troubleshooting. Unit was one large block of ice and air filter was completely blocked with dust, lint and dirt. I don’t see how any air was getting thru. A/C tech was very nice and efficient. Came and left many times for repair and maintenance parts.
Finally getting into tolerable temperatures by dark.
3rd day, around noon we alerted Eric about hearing something running around on the wood floor and eating our food stuffs. Pest control got there at @ 4pm to investigate. Found holes and Rat evidence. Came back later @615pm with traps for inside and out. I’m out of characters but Eric tried to make this seem all our fault. Didn’t end there. Bad experience & communication
