"The Houseboat Villa Nautica is not for everyone. My wife and I are 70 and enjoy staying in unique accommodations such as the tented camps in Kenya. We are self-sufficient and are comfortable living out of our two carry-on bags. We own property in the Rocky Mountains in Canada and love having our morning coffee on our deck watching the wildlife that call this part of the world home. "For my first visit to Darmstadt, this was a great location. It's an easy walkable city with much to do. Scooteres to get out to lab where I was working and it was nice to just scooter back at the end of the day, grab dinner at one of the many restaurants on the block and relax among the people. Really enjoyed the room and accommodations. "
