"First visit to Gambia and although we realised the star rating system was not on par with the UK it fell well below on many aspects. In its defence the manager has only recently taken this hotel over and things were improving even during our one week stay. The staff are lovely and the location is as good as the photos suggest. The description of a 'wellness' centre is not terribly accurate. It needs to sort out the water system as most days we had to report that we had no water and they then did...

"This place is awesome. You have washer and dryer in units and that makes for a better stay experience. Area is always clean and safe. Apartments are modern and unique from one another. The beach is on the properties and there are several in ground pools to enjoy. It's a great place to stay in the Gambia. "

"The property was really nice, I especially appreciated the balcony, bathroom and kitchen facilities. That said, what made our stay exceptional was the staff at Forestview. From the front desk, to the security, they were friendly, knowledgable and accomodating. The housekeeping staff were extremley hardworking and very, very thoughtful.
