"I’m of the belief light should have working bulbs, grass in the barren back yard should be less than 50cms tall, doors should not be peeling. The photos are very very cleverly taken. It’s a lovely loungeroom area with a view with the most basic plain house and bedrooms tacked on the back. The access to downstairs is external and shabby. The back yard is a yard with grotty filthy concrete and long unkept grass. It is far from worth the money.the view was the redemption, it’s almost 3 weeks since...

"House was good, Needs a few more basic things in it like a mirror in the bedrooms, a hairdryer. Was disappointed with not having the linen on the beds which I had ordered and paid for a couple of weeks before we arrived. I had to call around at night to get some."

"Appliances inside the property need to be updated for example dishwasher door didn’t close, bbq is rusty would not cook my food on it, Hot plates did not get very hot and oven didn’t heat up at all and no regular drinking glasses if these were fixed or replaced would recommend this property to family and friends. A clothes dryer would of been nice to dry linen and towels for when it rains."

"A wonderful property that has plenty to do for all, the kids can enjoy a well stocked games room and the pool, as well as plenty of room to run. The adults can shoot some pool and darts, enjoy a relaxing spa and a fire all while in peaceful green surroundings. Fantastic property, i hope to be back again. "

"Well positioned. A walk to main street shops, bowls club and surf club. The only thing, pets allowed property, shows a dog inside the house in the photos, but were told after paying final payment, no dogs allowed inside. Maybe make that clear at point of booking."
