"Automated check-in can be problematic. After registration, did not receive email to advise of room number or pass code. Unable to gain access and stuck in foyer for some 20 minutes. Fortunately member of staff appeared who was very helpful. Have stayed in France B&B Hotels before and know what to expect. Very good value for money-especially the out of town venues-often near commercial/industrial parks which is fine if you don't intend to use room as a base for sight-seeing. As a stop-over/rest on a long journey, B&B Hotels are ideal."

"What a find - a hotel in a working convent that used to be a palace! Breakfast nice, dinner excellent. Good choice of wines and beer. Room spotlessly clean, nice size. Grounds beautifully kept. Lovely long walking trails in the woods behind the convent. Plenty of safe parking. Very tranquil, absolutely top class, and at a very fair price. This is the second time I have stayed there, and will do so again. "

"The staff at this hotel were brilliant and very welcoming. The room was exactly as advertised and the whirlpool was a great novelty for the children. The only negative was breakfast; it was very expensive and had a poor selcction - especially for children. It’s also worth noting that the pool is not available to under 16s. "

"Small, local, independent style hotel. The facility was replacing it's hot water heater during our stay, we were called earlier in the day and advised we'd have no hot water, were offered free breakfast for the inconvenience. It's mid-summer so a quick, cold shower was acceptable. When asked, the front desk attendant advised us on how best to get to downtown Strasbourg by driving the short distance to Gare Hoenheim, parking for 4.20 Euro (4,20) which allowed up to 7 to take Tram B to downtown Strasbourg. It was an easy way to get to the heart of the city."
