"The staff at the Golden Tulip Parkhotel Neu-Ulm are really friendly and helpful and should be commended for this. I requested a non-smoking room, just to be put into a smoking room! "Great staff and location. Beds and pillows were poor. They did not have air conditioning although they indicated that they had a/c at the property - having a/c in the restaurant does not help you sleep at night when it is 30C outside. I would not stay there again. "
