"Sehr saubere und moderne Wohnung, die gut geschnitten ist und viel Platz bietet. Für den Aufenthalt in Ulm perfekt,. Die Zentrale Lage ist praktisch für Unternehmungen in und um Ulm herum. Leider war es Freitag und Samstag Nacht sehr turbulent in der Stadt, was für uns als älteres Semester schwierig war. Das tut aber der Top-Qualität der Wohnung und der Freundlichkeit des Gastgebers keinen Abbruch! Gerne wieder!"

Die Wohnung ist vor kurzer Zeit renoviert worden und verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer, ein Badezimmer (vom Flur und von einem Schlafzimmer aus zugänglich) und einen großen Raum in dem Esszimmer, Wohnzimmer und Küche kombiniert wurde.
