"Great place, will recommend the owner to invest in equipment for his/her cleaning staff(room service is done manually, no carts)& possibly an elevator. Lots of stairs present. "

"The reception is not 24h. They knew when we would checkout buy they never came. I was very surprised by this. Rooms were not cleaned in 4 days. Common areas were kind of cleaned sporadically. "

"The ownership management were very professional and cooperative. There was a water supply issue in the area for one night, but the management provided 5-litre bottles of water for use during water outage. The rooms, kitchens, ACs, WiFi, were all great. The location was also wonderful, close to a beach, and the Bodrum airport. "

"We had a lovely stay at Jasmin Elite Residence. The staff were very nice and helpful, particularly İbrahim who gave us a room upgrade and let us stay a few hours after check out time due to a problem with our flight. The staff also arranged a taxi from the airport for us. The washing machine is very handy in the room and there is a lovely view from the balcony. The hotel was very good at communicating with us!
