The guest bathroom comes complete with a convenient walk-in shower. Please note our 2-pet maximum and a $75 non-refundable pet fee per pet.

· Your safety matters. Our property is equipped with live, audio/video, exterior security cameras. All cameras face out and do not record any interior spaces.
· Bed linens for all beds & towels are provided.
· Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry pods, dishwashing pods, one trash bag per trash can, travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, and makeup removing wipes, per bathroom.
• THE PRIMARY GUEST MUST OCCUPY THE PROPERTY FOR THE ENTIRE DURATION OF THE STAY.
• Absolutely NO smoking inside the property! Please dispose of cigarette butts safely and DO NOT leave them on the grounds of the property. IF YOU OR ANY OF YOUR GUESTS SMOKE INSIDE OF THE PROPERTY, A $500 FEE WILL BE ASSESSED. PRIMARY GUEST IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL COSTS INCURRED WITH DAMAGES AND MITIGATION IF COSTS EXCEED $500.
• NO PARTIES OR EVENTS OF ANY KIND are to be held at this property. Unauthorized parties or events will be assessed a $500 FINE. All guests are subject to removal from the property, by Property Management, for violating the terms of this agreement. NO REFUNDS will be given.
• MAX NUMBER OF GUEST ALLOWED IS 6. You will be FINED $100 per guest, that you are over occupancy.
• ALL GUESTS are subject to removal from the property, by Property Management, for violating ANY terms of this agreement. NO REFUNDS will be given.
• PROPERTY IS EQUIPPED WITH LIVE, EXTERIOR SECURITY CAMERAS.
• PETS are permitted. MAX PETS ALLOWED IS 2. There is a $75 non-refundable pet fee, per pet. Unauthorized pets will result in a $500 FINE.
• The City of Gulfport asks for QUIET HOURS to be between 10:00pm – 8:00am. This means NO loud music or high-energy activity outside during these hours.
• We DO NOT recommend swimming in the water. If you choose to do so,
SWIMMING IS AT YOUR OWN RISK
• Alligators & Snakes are known to be in the area. Stay away from tall grass and DO
NOT feed the wildlife
• ALL CHILDREN, under the age of 18, are NOT PERMITTED in the water area without
an adult present. ALL CHILDREN MUST BE SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES
• DO NOT move furniture. No inside furniture is to be moved outside. No outside furniture inside.
• NO wet towels or clothing items on any of the balconies, furniture, beds, floors, or carpet/rugs.
• When away from the property, set the thermostat at 75 degrees in the summer and 68 degrees in the winter.
• Parking is ONLY allowed in the driveway or under the home.
• DO NOT park in the grass. Parking on the street is NOT allowed.
• NO trailers, boats or RV’s are allowed without prior approval.
• Any loss/damages are to be reported IMMEDIATELY. You are responsible for any loss or damage to items, apart from normal wear-and-tear items like light bulbs, etc. You will be responsible for any damages or missing items during your visit.
• I give permission to the property manager to use a third party to verify my identity and check criminal databases to confirm my reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest verification can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam folder for this email and contact the property manager if you have any questions.
• PROPERTY IS LOCATED IN A FLOOD RISK AREA. THIS MEANS DURING HEAVY RAIN OR INCLEMENT WEATHER, THERE IS A POTENTIAL THAT THE PROPERTY WILL FLOOD.
