PRIVATE AND SECURE
We are located in a secured gated community that has both short- and long-term residents. The community is professionally monitored by security cameras throughout with patrolling neighborhood security guards. The Community has a noise curfew that prohibits loud noise between 10 pm - 7.
Our townhome is 1.5 blocks from the beach in a secured gated community. It has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and sleeps up to 6 or 8.
GUEST ACCESS
Guest can access any part of the home except for the locked owner's closet and there is no access to the balcony next to the master bedroom.
ROOM DESCRIPTION
* Upstairs Master Bedroom 1 has a King-size twin XL over twin XL bed with a foam mattress. The room has a flat-screen TV, a dresser, a large closet, and two nightstands.
* Upstairs Bedroom 2 has a King size bed with a foam mattress. The room has a flat-screen TV, a dresser, a large closet, and a nightstand.
*Downstairs Bedroom has a queen bed. It includes a flat-screen TV, a dresser, and a closet. This room leads to a patio with a fenced yard and a BBQ grill.
* There are two bathrooms upstairs and they are attached to the bedrooms. We provide bath, hand, and face towels.
* There is one bathroom downstairs next to the bedroom.
* Washer and Dryer are located in the bathroom downstairs.
* The Living Room is equipped with Sofa, two chairs, and a 50” flat-screen Smart TV
* The Dining area seats up to 6 people.
* The Kitchen is stocked with plates, glasses, coffee cups, pots/pans, utensils, a toaster, a blender, a can opener, etc.
*We provide a starter kit that includes essentials such as bath towels, linens, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, shampoo, hand soap, body wash, dish detergent, sponge, kitchen towel, and laundry detergent. We have a Walmart nearby where additional essentials can be purchased as needed.
OUTSIDE AREA
* The beach is a short, nice stroll from the townhouse.
* We have two dedicated parking spots for this townhome. ***Note: Our HOA does NOT ALLOW Trailer Parking"
When booking with us, you are acknowledging that you have read & agreed to the house rules and disclaimers:
-QUIET TIME: 10 pm-7 am.
-CHECK-IN/OUT: 3 pm Check-in & 10 am Check-out. Guests staying past checkout are subject to fines of $50 per hour. These are fees charged by our cleaning company to owners.
-NO SMOKING. If smoking is detected in the unit, a $500 fee will be charged.
-NO loud noises/parties/events/gatherings permitted. The community ran by an HOA, which prohibits parties. You are subject to be asked to leave immediately if another homeowner complains that you are breaking these listed rules.
-NO illegal drugs. Marijuana is not allowed in or around the unit. Smoking marijuana in outdoor spaces is not allowed.
-NO PETS without owners' consent
-NO unauthorized guests allowed
- POOL. The shared swimming pool is managed by the community HOA and is usually open between March and October. Owners/Hosts do not control the timing of the pool maintenance schedule. No refunds will be given if the pool is inoperative due to weather or maintenance. There is NO LIFEGUARD on duty. Please observe posted pool rules.
-INTERNET: While we provide Wi-fi, it's not 100% guaranteed as the weather plays a factor in this area. No refunds will be issued if Wi-fi is not available.
-Please do not move any decorations/furniture during your stay. If you need to move anything, please return it where you found it.
-No tampering with /obstructing the view of cameras.
-We assume no responsibility for any loss or theft of guests' personal property.
-Please note that along the Gulf coast of Gulfport/Biloxi, there is a train that runs parallel to Beach Blvd. Since we are so close to the beach the train runs behind our home/community at random times and guests will hear the train when it runs.
Any violation of the terms/rules may result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all deposits/rents paid.
