Master bedroom offers a Large California king and a twin bed with twin trundle option in nook for large family events. It also offers a large walk in closet, 60” smart TV, garden tub in private full bathroom, and a private balcony that includes 2 large patio chairs. (4 sleeping areas)
2nd upstairs bedroom offers a full bed with a twin trundle option. A large closet, and a private full bathroom. (3 sleeping areas)
Downstairs bathroom offers a twin over twin bunkbed. With a full bathroom adjacent to the bedroom. In the closet you will find may beach items to include a beach wagon, 4 beach chairs, beach towels, beach balls, floats, beach blankets, and an array of beach toys. (2 sleeping areas)
Living room offers a 55” smart TV, leather couch that includes 2 recliners, and also another leather couch that offers a full pull out bed. (2 sleeping areas)
Large fenced in private patio offers a small grill, large octagon 6 person dining table with 6 chairs, 2 end tables for outdoor fun, and lots of room for the children to run around in.
In the walk in pantry you will find a coffee pot, coffee mugs, wine glasses, toaster, board games for your family to have a blast, & popcorn for movie time!
We also offer kitchen items for 12 or more people to include, dinnerware, glasses, plates, bowls, saucers, & glass or plastic cups for your preference. Also in the kitchen you will find, a pots and pan set, mixing bowls, measuring cups, baking pans, large serving platter, and Tupperware.
Our front porch offers 2 chairs for relaxing and watching the sunset.
While the pool is only a few steps away, and the beach is a short evening stroll away, there is tons to do close by our home. There is Gulf Islands Water park, Lynn Meadows Discovery Center, MS Coast Model Train Museum, Zip’N Fun Adventure Park, Ship Island Excursions, Altitude Trampoline Park, & Big Play Entertainment Center which includes axe throwing, bowling, restaurant, mini golf, go karts, arcade, & bumper cars all in one! (about a 10-15 drive) Gulfport also offers a brand new state of the art aquarium that offers dolphin encounters. And last but not least don’t forget Ocean Adventures Marine Park which offers dolphin encounters and dolphin swims! (10 minute drive!)
I am available for anything you may need 24/7 by phone/text/email. When you confirm booking I send out a welcome letter including all contact information. I also provide a code for person free check in.
There is no trailer parking allowed on premises, however I can provide parking next door in a secured area, with security cameras for the safety of your vehicle.
For your rate breakdown: Nightly rental fee + Tax +$100 cleaning fee + $200 refundable damage deposit

1) Remember the person who rents is responsible for the actions of every guest, who is at the property during the dates reserved.
2) The person who rents the home may not check out early or vacate the premises early unless all guests are leaving. Guests who are part of the reservation but not financially responsible may not stay on after the renting guest has left to go home.
3) Turn off lights when out of the property
4) No changing of locks
5) Do not dig in the yard or modify any of the landscaping
6) If you use the grill, you must clean and empty it.
Our cleaning team checks this in between all guests. If the grill is found to be dirty, greasy, or full of charcoal after your stay, you will be charged a $100 fee for additional cleaning.
7) No illegal substances shall be on property at any time
Illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction from the property. You, your guests and visitors, agree that any drug use on the property, or using the property for an unlawful purpose, or violation of any law or ordinance on or about the property will immediately terminate your occupancy and be grounds for immediate eviction from the property. You shall be held liable for any and all costs incurred by host and the refund will not be provided for the remaining balance of your stay.
8) No smoking in the home, however there is a porch and patio area feel free to smoke in these spaces! A $200.00 penalty will be incurred if smoke is detected in the home.
9) Guest agrees to pay for any damages that exceed damage deposit
Any damage made to property or furnishings which exceeds the deposit amount will be billed to the guest and will be reported.
10) Pets may be permitted upon request, a $75 pet fee for 1st pet and $50 for 2nd pet, must be paid prior to check in upon approval. If you have approval to bring your fur baby to our home, please clean up after your pet responsibly. Please ensure your pet is being watched at all times, and left in a kennel when outside of the home. While your pet may not get into things in your home they are being left in a strange place and tend to be curious. Any items damaged by your pet, you are responsible for and will be charged. There are designated pet areas on the property with dog stations. Also, there is a pet park in the front of the facility just past the mailboxes on your left, on your way in to the complex.
11) Report any breaks/damages immediately
12) Do not remove any items from home
All items including silverware, pots/pans, spices, flatware, etc. ALL items in the home have been inventoried, and any item removed will be charged to guest.
13) Please check out on time as other guests cannot check in if place is not cleaned in time! If guest do not check out on time and this triggers a refund/discount to the next guest, you will be responsible for any loss of income by the host.
14) Most important rule: HAVE FUN!
PARKING
Guests are assigned 2 parking spaces which read 1217 B which is located right outside the front door. If for some reason you have more than 2 vehicles, you are more than welcome to park in any of the guest parking provided across from the home, in front of the pool, and /or by the front gate.
Trailers are not allowed on premises other than for loading and unloading purposes only. They are prohibited overnight per HOA rules. However, if you will be using a trailer and will need to store your trailer please let me know ahead of time, I can provide parking next door in a secured facility monitored by security cameras.
Where to take the trash
You will find 2 large green dumpsters at the entrance of the community behind the mail boxes. Please discard any trash there. Also, there is to be no large items left around the dumpsters as they are monitored by CCV and this will ensure a fine. Please make sure all items are neatly placed in dumpsters so that we can keep our community clean for everyone to enjoy.
Windows
Please do not open any windows to the home as the central heat and air will be on. This can also cause a hazard to small children.
Checking out
1) Please take out trash and load dishwasher!
2) Be sure all furniture is back in its intended place
3) Lock all doors before you leave.
4) Check-out is 10:00 am!
