Located directly on the ocean, you won't have to go far to lay out on the beautiful sandy shore! The infamous Hangout is just a little over a mile away, and you'll be within walking distance of a number of restaurants and unique shops.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great for a Quick Trip
The view is great! There is no balcony, but the windows open. We loved how close we were to the beach, and the pool was great! There are only HUGE spoons in the condo, so bring some! The kids struggled. There is also not many towels for showering. We stayed 3 nights and washed towels twice. There are lamps, light switches, and outlets that don’t work. I also could not find a broom to sweep out sand. For a quick 3 night stay, it was great with small kids! We would definitely stay again.

Pleasant stay
Nice place, quiet and family friendly. Our toddler had dirty feet from walking barefoot when we arrived which made the place feel a little grimy. We couldn’t get the bathtub drains to plug for baths and would have appreciated the tv higher and mounted to the wall to avoid little fingers. Otherwise, it was a beautiful view and had everything we needed to cook and feel at home.

Summer time
It was ok . The first thing was had to wash the sheets on the sofa bed. Because there was food on them . And was not happy about that after a long drive .And need to fix chairs in dining room or replace . Sent you a picture of the chair that was broken . And the door to get in was very hard to open . But enjoyed the stay over all . Got to see dolphins and it was close to the beach. Over all had a great time .

main problem, no elevator for the first two days, was on 6th floor
the condo was lovely, clean and quite but two days of walking 6 floors of stairs was very disappointing, went to Vacasa office and was referred to HOA and both saying the elevator was the other responsibility. Will not book with Vacasa again or will not stay here again, locals say the elevators are torn up often.....no way to treat people

Pluses: Right on the beach, sleep to the sound of waves, well-located to shops, restaurants, etc. Comfortable condo. Minuses: TVs did not work for first three days until we called the cable provider who got 2 of the 3 working for us. short of supplies that are usually provided despite the fact we were there two weeks! Flooding on second floor took out the elevator necessitating using the stairs for four days, including moving out! Help was to be provided but never showed up. Elevator issues apparently has been a problem before based on reviews & guestbook.

Upon arrival walking into the building I knew I had made a mistake. In the condo Baseboards were dirty and in bad shape. Also, the air vents were very dirty with black on the ceiling where the air blows out. One of the pillow cases in the 2nd bedroom was stained. The only good thing was the big window looking out at the ocean. Will not be stay there again.

A perfect get away
The suite was excellent in all respects. Beach access was easy very clean and safe. There were many friendly people walking the beach picking shells and just enjoying the soft beach sand and warm gulf waters. There was a beach store within walking distance and a Walmart 10 minutes easy drive. All in all my time as a guest was totally delightful, I highly recommend 62 Edgewater West.

Beautiful place!
We love that there isn’t an outside balcony, we can crack the window and still hear the waves while still being cool. It’s great for my elderly father, and would be great for anyone with little kids, they can still look outside at the beach with out the worry of being close to the edge. The kitchen is very nice, had everything we needed. Beds were comfy. I would recommend bringing a blanket if you have someone on the sleeper sofa, there were sheets but we couldn’t done a blanket. We had a wonderful stay here!

My big complaint about this property is that it smelled like stale cigarette smoke. The furniture was outdated and there was minimal lighting. However, we couldn’t have been any closer to the beach. The view was beautiful! The appliances in the kitchen looked basically brand new.
