With a modern and fully stocked kitchen, outdoor TV, and BBQ, it's perfect for family meals and gatherings. The backyard, decorated with palm trees and white sand, is your own private oasis. The main level deck and ground-level patio provide the perfect spots to take in the salty air and enjoy the fresh sea breeze.

Inside, the cottage boasts comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to 9 guests. The master bedroom features a new queen mattress, 50-inch TV, and a fully renovated bathroom with a luxurious walk-in shower. The other two bedrooms offer a triple bunk and twin bunks, perfect for the kids. The living room also includes a queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space.

This charming cottage has received all the latest upgrades including a new dishwasher and garbage disposal, modern decor, and new appliances. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessary equipment for your convenience. The living room has a new 55-inch TV and all baseboards, crown molding, and cabinets have been freshly painted.

Experience the outdoors like never before with the added outdoor TV, iron board and iron, and outdoor shower with a seat. The backyard is now equipped with irrigation, a fence with gates, and 5 beautiful palm trees. Access to each level is by a stairway.

At Salty Air Cottage, we take pride in providing our guests with a comfortable and enjoyable stay. To ensure a safe and pleasant experience for all guests, we have strict policies against smoking and renting to guests under 25 years old. Approval must be obtained for bringing a small pet weighing 20 pounds or less.

Cute Beach Getaway!
We loved this property and would definitely stay here again. The large porch and the downstairs space was a nice surprise. The week we stayed here was a little bit on the cooler side so the sandy fenced in backyard was nice bc the fence blocked the wind and allowed us to sit outside.

Our stay was short and quick, the house was very inviting, had my sister and her mother in law over for a quick dinner and the kids played in the back yard ( which is like your own lot beach area with the sand and toys). Loved the outdoor shower to give the kids a quick rinse after playing outside. Will definitely be back!

July Family Vacation
Great house for our first time!!! The management group communicated very well and handled issues quickly. We had a slow drain which they took care of the next day and two of deck chairs were broken and they replaced with 4 new ones the next day. It was well stocked with kitchen items. All we had to do was buy the food everything else was there. The fenced in yard and outside bar area with a TV was a favorite for the kids. The privacy was a major plus!!! The TV’s in every room helped keep everyone entertained in down time. The outside shower was very handy for cleaning off after the 3 block walk back from the beach. We will go through this group again next year.

Vacation with grand kids.
The house was Very homey Comfortable, the teenagers loved it, their room was downstairs. The younger kids had a blast. They could play in the sand outside under the deck. Watch TV play games. It was just a lovely place to stay.

We were in Alabama for a week vacation and had seen this home on a previous vacation and decided we wanted to try it , loved the location it was so much quieter then being right on the strip, the home was clean , comfortable and just what we needed! My only complaint was the mattresses were definitely not comfortable in either of the adult beds

We really enjoyed our time here! It was a very nice and comfortable stay! The check in process was easy and we were offered an earlier check in time! The communication was also easy and efficient! Oh and we loved the views! We would definitely stay here again! The only thing is there is no dishwasher so the instructions when checking out about that part were a little confusing but we just made sure to clean the dishes!

We all enjoyed our stay very much! The cottage was very clean and comfortable!! The only thing that I can say negative is that we were told to put dishes in dishwasher and there was dish washing detergent but no dishwasher. No biggie though. We loved the cottage and will stay again!!

Smaller than expected. No dishwasher. Served the purpose for the trip. We expected to be closer to the ocean but made it work. Beach wagon and buckets for the kids helped a lot. We will come again but need something bigger for our family!

Booking was easy and extremely friendly service provided. I brought my small dog and was pleased at the ease of this transaction along with kindness. The location was super close walking distance to the beach, and during nonpeak times like Sept you can actually drive and park at a spot that holds close parking right by beach.The home was perfect for what we needed it for, pleased to have found the sand and beach accommodations for my son, the downstairs patio was private and "beachy", and upstairs deck seating are perfect for morning coffee. This location also had some super friendly locals that were kind enough to give tips on best restaurants and must sees that Google sometimes misrepresents...all in all I would stay here again provided it doesn't sell, or stay with another home this company has for vacation rentals. I like ease of access where this home met all our needs for our beach stay along with kindness which goes along way!
