The Space:
Located on the 4th floor, this 2 bedroom unit has the best of all worlds! You are able to park behind the complex and have immediate access to the elevator. As you walk into the unit, the primary bedroom is located on the right. This room features a king size bed, mounted smart TV with dish network, and large closet (extra pillows, blankets, hangers, beach chairs, and umbrella).

Walking down the hallway you will see the hallway bunks and laundry space with washer/dryer on the left then half bath just beyond the laundry. As you walk into the living space you will see the fully stocked kitchen on the right. The living room features a chair and large couch/sleeper for everyone to sit back and enjoy!

The living room features a large smart TV with dish network for everyone to enjoy their favorite TV shows/programs.

The kitchen also features a Culligan Osmosis System which provides filtered drinking water throughout your stay! No need to buy tons of bottled water, instead fill up your thermoses with filtered water!

Take the spiral staircase up the 2nd floor that features 2 twin beds and smart TV!

Let's not forget those 4th floor balcony views! Unobstructed beach views with deeded beach access!

Head downstairs to enjoy the large pool, seating area, bbq pits on the side of the complex, and the short direct walk to the beach!

Guest Access:
Guests will be able to access everything inside of the unit and balcony! The bbq pits, pool, seating areas, parking lot, and beach access are for all guests at the complex! Parking passes are $40 if you need a second parking pass.

The Neighborhood:
Grand Beach Resort is located next to some of the best Gulf Shores has to offer! Located directly next to the Gulf State Park/Wildlife, you can enjoy bike rides, joy walks, fishing, and more within short distance from the complex!

The main grocery stores and local favorite restaurants are only a few miles away with a quick drive to enjoy everything you need!

Getting Around:
Upon entering the complex, pull behind the building and park in any available parking spot. Each pass is $40, limited to 2 passes per unit.
