The Sand Castle house at Kiva Dunes

The Sand Castle is Kiva's newest built home just placed on the rental market. Over 9000 Sq feet of entertaining space, 5,400 sq feet heated and cooled. The Sand Castle is located directly in front of the East Beach walkover, with just a few steps you are on the beach. It is also located a short stroll to the beach club. With unobstructed water views of the Gulf from the 2nd, 3rd floor and the tower views, that will have you viewing the Gulf for miles. The Sand Castle is an entertainers dream. 2 Living rooms, Large Kitchen with high end commercial appliances, 2nd kitchen, Game room, and Media room, 5 fully covered decks and pool, there is not an end to entertaining spaces. With 6 bedrooms all outfitted with King Beds, and a bunk room with 4 queen beds, The Sand Castle is set to sleep 20+.
