Initially owner prompt with reply. Upon arrival at 1215, I always rewash dishes, don’t trust others cleanliness. Only one coffee cup which was cracked and chipped on the rim, three plates, mind you this condo says will sleep 6, 3 forks, beds in first bedroom only had comforter on them, no sheets, we had to make up the beds. I contacted owner, Jeff said he had ordered dishes 2 weeks prior to our stay. The next day mid morning, Marla and another woman brought the order, came in and left it for us to unpack. Service for four on plate set, 2 service sets of utensils, new comforters. New pots and pans set, and glasses which all were broken but 4 glasses. I was unable to cook the first night and the next morning for my family. I asked for compensation for the inconvenience and the fact we would had to drive back into town 12 plus miles, for dinner and breakfast, we were told we could stay an extra day. Who can just on a whim stay and extra day? Not people who work. I emailed and explained we all had to be back at work and pictures to the owner so he could see the condition of the condo. I’m still waiting on legitimate compensation. Won’t hold my breath. As far as the beach, it was lovely and we enjoyed it tremendously. Found lots of seashells. Got to watch dolphins daily. Will return to the beach again, just not in this condo.
