Located on the 19th floor, this exclusive Club Level corner unit condo offers luxury and casual elegance. Avalon 1910 features highest quality furniture and top-of-the-line mattresses on all the beds. The spacious wraparound balcony is 30 feet long, opens from the Living/Dining area and Master Bedroom, and includes a breathtaking panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico. The Master Bedroom suite has its own balcony sliding door and seating area. Another Bedroom offers a second private balcony overlooking gorgeous Mobile Bay.

The condo is located in the Fort Morgan area of Gulf Shores. This is a UNIQUE coastal beach area, away from the busy tourist area, but only 11 miles to the Gulf Shores area when you want the action! Here you can enjoy the beach, the way it was meant to be! When you look down the beach, you DO NOT see condo complex, after condo complex. Yet,there are 3 golf courses, restaurants, marina, gift shop, and convenience/liquor store shopping within 5-8 miles of the complex.

The Condo is Located in a Unique Southern Style, Resort-Type Village Setting but yet Directly Gulf Front - Right on the Beach!

CLUBHOUSE & AMENITIES:

Without any additional charges, you will have access to the pool and hot tub at the foot of the tower, three boardwalks to the beach, a playground, basketball courts, and charcoal grills . You may patron the fine casual dining restaurant/bar and the salon, located in The Clubhouse and the sports bar and grill, coffee and ice cream shops, souvenir and beach gear shops located near the entry of the resort. Seasonally, you may rent lounges with umbrellas on the beach, rent bicycles & kayaks. The beach attendant will greet you and arrange the payment.

The owner of this condo is a member of the Clubhouse, so you will have access to the "Private" amenities, too, by paying a daily fee at The Clubhouse desk in person for the days you choose, if any. The daily fee varies, depending on the number of days used and size of the condo, but it covers your entire party for that day! The "Private" amenities include a seasonally heated beach side community outdoor pool with a tiki bar and grill, an indoor pool and a fitness center with Gulf Views, a game room, luxurious locker rooms with showers and a sauna, children's activities, and access to the tennis courts.

This place is fantastic
The listing is very accurate. The view is amazing. Being on the 19th floor you can see so much. The layout was great for us and the boys and wives for those that are married. Kitchen is fully stocked with all the utensils and pans you could need. Really liked the closet full of beach chairs and umbrellas. Would definitely stay here again with in Gulf Shores. The complex is super nice with multiple pools, the gym, and pickleball.

Favorite condo so far!
Our family of nine loved this listing! It was our third time at the beach club and we have liked all of them, but this was the best layout for us so far! Kitchen was well stocked, seating was adequate and we liked having our “puzzle table” separate of the dining table all week so we could keep that spread out! Though we didn’t report it while there because it didn’t impact us, one chaise lounge in the interior balcony was ripped out and unusable. On our last night we discovered that although we had an ironing board, there was no iron so that would be a helpful addition, and we only found one hair dryer across 4 bathrooms, but again that wasn’t a deal breaker! “Beach hair, don’t care!” We would definitely book again!

Roomy place for the Beach Club
We really enjoyed our trip and this wasn’t our first time at the beach club. Most condos are a bit smaller so this one was great and very comfortable for 6 of us to stay in. At one point the power breaker (not in unit) flipped and the power and maintenance were extremely responsive and quick to fix the issue. I am going to add my suggestions to improve the experience but please don’t let it deter you from booking! This place was great! There are LOTS of beach chairs, towels, umbrellas and toys. I didn’t know this until the day before when I got check in info. If it was on the listing I would have packed less. I would have loved if the WiFi password was posted somewhere in the unit. I got it in email but having to look it up for everyone else each time was a slight hassle. There were extra pillows and blankets in the master closet which was great! I would have loved a few smaller throw blankets rather than having to mess up a whole big blanket for the couch. The master bathroom included a hair dryer which was handy. The kitchen was well stocked and we did cook a few days of our stay. The only things I would have loved to see added would be a cutting board and salt and pepper shakers you can see into (I don’t trust the refilled ones personally). Being an end unit was great we had beautiful views of the ocean/ sunset. We were able to leave our wagon outside the unit and not bring in as much sand. having a rug of some kind in the front entry would help too

Breathtaking Views & Comfortable
The unit was well maintained and stocked with plenty of linens (we were never able to find any pot holders, but dish towels did the job). The four bedrooms, each with attached baths were perfect for our group of three couples and two teens. The beach is beautiful, spacious and clean and just a very short (and lovely walk) from the building. The pool was a nice size, but VERY COLD. The hot tub was very small and constantly packed (at one point we counted 16) with young children (under the age of 10) with no adult supervision. There was also no one ever around to report this to. — That was frustrating as we weren’t able to ever use it, but it definitely didn’t ruin our vacation. We will absolutely visit again and would reserve this unit again, in a heartbeat!

This condo was the perfect place for our family trip! It was spacious and clean, and the kitchen was very well-stocked. We came during a busy time, but we never had trouble getting an elevator. We appreciated use of the beach chairs and umbrella the owners left for us to use. We hope to return!

This place was amazing! We loved staying here with extended family, including small children. 4 BR with their own 4 BT was incredibly convenient for all, especially with the beach. There were plenty of beach chairs and even some sand toys for the kids, which was a great bonus. The property itself and the view are gorgeous. Everything was well kept and classy. We ate in most nights and the kitchen had every tool we would ever need. The owners were prompt in their responses and we would recommend anyone stay here.

Great property! The home was perfect for a low key family getaway. With 4 beds and 4 baths, it was great space to spread out and give everyone their own room. Located right in the beach, it was easy access to enjoy the beautiful beachfront. The pool was also a great option for kids. The indoor pool (additional fee) is also perfect for rainy days with kids! Kristin and Linda were incredibly responsive and great to work with. The extras in the unit, beach towels, chairs and umbrellas, were very helpful to have. Thanks for a great stay!

We had a large group with a variety of ages staying together. This place was wonderful! It was very comfortable for my 81 year old mother n law and accommodating for my 1 year old grandson. It was stocked with games. Beach toys, beach chairs and umbrellas. The beds were comfy and awesome that each set of adults had their own bathroom! The complex is beautiful. The view was fantastic!

Perfect Beach Condo
This unit really is the perfect beach condo. It is beautifully furnished, and the views of the gulf are spectacular! The floor plan was super open, and there was room for the whole family to sit for visiting, meals, and watching TV. We had the best time, and we cannot wait for our next trip to The Beach Club!
