Comfortable and Convenient
This condo is in a great location, just outside the state park and near all the restaurants. It has direct access to the beach. It has a balcony overlooking the beach, so it has a great view. The bedroom and bathroom are a little small but we didn’t need anything fancier. Overall, we had a very nice stay.

Close to restaurants and right on the beach! Smelled a little musty when we got there, we were jealous of our friends heated pool down the street, and a kuerig to use would have been nice but overall def worth the price!

About what you'd expect from pictures shown.
Property wasn't bad. Great views. It was hot when we went and the ac worked great so that was a plus. Elevators sucked. Functionality was fine but there's only 2 elevators and for the property size it's not enough. Al in all I would recommend it

Right on the beach. Right next to the Hangout which is a fantastic place. Comfortable bed. We were only there for the weekend but it did make for a nice stay.

My wife, daughter and I truly enjoyed our stay! The room was perfect with amazing views of the water and beach; it was conveniently located near all of the hot spots. We would absolutely stay here again.

A nice getaway for spring break
The check in was amazing, went straight to the room with a code and had no trouble getting in, the condo was so nice and clean and equipped with everything we needed for a short stay. We had plenty of room for my girls and my parents and the condo was located so close to the hangout we were able to walk in 2/3 minutes. We will always try to book this condo when staying in gulf shores!! We were 5/5 satisfied!!

Amazing place to stay
The bed was sooo comfortable. We arrived at 6am... way early but wanted to watch the sunrise. They had our room ready 2 hours early and i was so nice. This will be our permanent vacation spot.

Quick kid free getaway - this was a great location & great condo. Clean, exactly as listed, right on the beach, walkable to multiple restaurants. We never had to move our car.

Great Location
We enjoyed our stay and wished we had booked longer. Brett/Robinson’s texted us during our stay and checked on how things were going and quickly answered any questions. We will definitely use them again. Check in was easy, they send you a door code and our room was ready a couple of hours early. The condo had its pros and cons all depending on your preferences. The Pros; it very convenient and walking distance to several places to eat or souvenir shop and even a dollar general a couple blocks away. Chair/Umbrella rental on the beach. Plenty of parking. Pretty quiet and relaxing. Cons; Small pool and no hot tub which is my fault for assuming from the pictures. No bathroom by the pool, you have to go to your room. Skillet was size of a small saucer. (Cooks 1 piece of bacon cut in half at a time) yes it’s that small …LOL Two wash cloths for 5 Days so we had to buy some. Pink Pony sign is blinding if you like to sit on balcony at night, they never turn it off. I’d choose a room that’s not behind it.

Good Place
We enjoyed our stay in Gulf Shores at Phoenix. The condo was very small, but suited our needs. It definitely needs updated with all new appliances and furniture. We weren't in the condo much, so again, it suited our needs. The elevators at the Phoenix sucked. Many times we had to walk down or up the stairs. They need worked on badly. I did love the location. We walked everywhere and never did drive our truck after we were there. Overall, a pretty good place to stay.

1st time at Gulf Shores
My husband and I really enjoyed our stay! Our room was clean and had everything we needed for cooking our own meals. I would bring a water purifier pitcher as water has a pretty strong chlorine taste. The beach was steps away, the porch overlooked the gulf and we enjoyed our coffee there every morning. We stayed 2 weeks and loved it! We will return next March.

I accidently booked the wrong date (my first mother's day as a single momma of 4). When I called frantic the day of check in, desperate to change my stay to the next night, the staff didn't hesitate and quickly got my reservation moved. My Mother's Day was beautiful!

We had a good low key stay. The room was nice and clean. Staff was very friendly. No real issues. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony each night listening to music from the Hangout. As all other reviews I have read elevators are very slow. We weren't in a big hurry anyway!

Nice for the weekend
The room was nice but the bed was really hard. I liked that we could walk everywhere we really wanted to go. Its nice just for a weekend trip but the people above us were so loud and dragging the chairs on the floor and it sounded like they were riding a skateboard all over the unit. I don't think I could have taken all that noise for a long week. But other than that it was a nice place to stay.
