I enjoyed a lovely visit at Phoenix All Suites Hotel in Gulf Shores Beach, Alabama during November. I had an issue with the constant noise at all hours of the night with the upstairs neighbors and expressed my frustration of no sleep to the onsite manager, Kaylynn. She was empathetic and worked with Reservations to assign/relocate me to another condo ... away from the upstairs neighbors with whom she had already spoken to regarding the noise complaints. However, they were not compliant with her requests, so she acted accordingly to ensure my concerns were addressed. I appreciate the excellent customer service she provided through my stay.

Perfect place to stay for a weekend!!!
The unit was clean, well stocked kitchen and a great view of the gulf!!! Another plus was the boardwalk to the beach, it allowed me to push my mother in her wheelchair to the beach!!

Cozy Condo
The condo was clean and updated, only issue was no coffee filter holder in the coffee pot. I informed the staff, who were very courteous and helpful. View from the balcony was Awesome. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed a nice weekend away with our family. Location was great, close to many restaurants and shops. The place was clean and just as pictured. Communication with the owner was speedy, with thorough check in instructions. Would recommend and stay again.

Loved it!
Check in and out was very quick and easy! The unit was clean and just as pictured on the listing. Plenty of space for a family of 5! Loved that it was right on the beach. Very quiet as well. We would definitely stay again!

Location is great but the 1 bedroom is a bit small even for 2 people. The view was excellent and it is central to everything in Gulf Shores. We would definitely book again.

Perfect Get Away
We booked for a short get away ! This condo was perfect!! Great location to local restaurants and beach front is always a must! Staff was friendly and helpful! I would recommend this to friends and families for sure. The only draw back was that we were only given one parking pass and we actually arrived in separate vehicles as my husband was traveling for work however they did offer parking across the street that was designated for public beach.
