Enjoy this Beachfront Condo with Amazing Views!

You will love staying in 1303 Crystal Shores. This beautifully decorated, two-bedroom, two-bathroom condominium is on the gulf coast's premier beach. The emerald blue seas are right off the large balcony awaiting your arrival. This unit is ON the beach.

I have upscale towels and linens as well as provide basic starter supplies as in (1) paper towel roll, (1) toilet paper roll per bathroom, laundry detergent, soap, (2) dish washing tabs, etc. are all included with my rental.

Crystal Shores was completed in 2004. It is located just one mile west of the center of Gulf Shores. This condominium features very tasteful decor that will give you the comfort of home away from home. You will enjoy a fully-stocked kitchen with stainless steal appliances, guartz counter tops and a bar eating area and dining area. Just take one look at the furnishings and you will see how relaxing your vacation can be. Enjoy watching television or just admiring the wonderful 13th floor gulf view from the living area or master bedroom.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, armoire with 39 in. LED television and DVD player. The second bedroom has a cozy queen-size bed with 32 in, LED television and DVD player.
Just minutes from great shopping and activities for the kids.
You will truly enjoy your stay.

Check in time is after 3:00 PM and check out time is by 9:00 AM.

The condo association does not allow RV's or trailers on the property. There is a strict No Smoking policy within the condo or on the Balcony. The max over night guest occupancy is restricted to 4 people. I make sure my unit and my guests are in compliance with the Association rules.

CALENDAR - Please consult the calendar for available dates as it is ALWAYS current. No dates are held w/o paid deposit.

Once you reserve the condo you will receive a Rental Conditions Form via the email address you have provided. The signed Rental Conditions form should be faxed or emailed to Tana Owen. When the signed form has been received, you get an email containing the access code and entry instructions. The parking pass(es) will be inside on the kitchen counter so nothing to forget and nothing to pick-up or return.

First time to Gulf Shores
Gulf shores is so much different than most beachfront areas we’ve visited. Luckily we had a car, because there aren’t any beach bars/restaurants in walking distance. With that said, we were able to stock up at the Publix and Walmart and rarely needed to leave this beautiful property. We didn’t need to purchase any beach toys either, as there’s an area by the storage that visitors leave theirs behind. We loved the balcony. We had breakfast and lunch out there and spotted dolphins daily. This condo is an absolutely perfect home away from home.

Our first Gulf Shores Ala experience
We had a fantastic vacation at The Chrystal Shores condo # 1303.Our host Tana Owen went above and beyond to make sure we had everything that we needed.The condo was very impressive and completely stocked...just bring your clothes and food and turn key..Very quiet place and you never knew there were other people staying there unless you seen them at the beach or pool etc. I highly recommend Tana and we always have very good luck with VRBO.

Love this condo!
My husband and I have always liked the location of Crystal Shores. This condo was the best yet. It was clean and had nice upgrades. The king size bed was comfortable and the new living room furniture was excellent, the best we have encountered over the last 10 years. We will definitely return!

I enjoyed it immensely. The place was clean, well organized and very comfortable. We liked sitting on the balcony with coffee and watching the dolphins. We even say a manatee. The weather was perfect, beach clean. We really liked the Surf's Up dolphin tour and West Beach Coffee. I would definitely stay again.

Nice beach condo
Very nice and clean beach condo! Owner, Tana, is super fast to respond to any questions you have. The swimming pool is small and not an ocean view, so we didn't use it. I didn't take away stars because it's not the owner's fault, but we couldn't enjoy sitting on our balcony much of the time, which is something we love to do alot, because someone in room next to us was out there smoking alot. I'm allergic to cigarette smoke and it's a rule no smoking allowed, so that was a huge nuisance that affected our stay. Not sure if it was a guest or owner of that condo, but... Again, none of this is Tana's fault, and her condo is probably the cleanest one I've ever stayed in. And comfortable mattresses, new dining and living room furniture, so really nice and decorated cute and beachy. I appreciated her quick communication when we had questions.

Stayed in 1303 crystal shores...unit was excellent. Only issues was actually others staying. Had someone smoking pot on a balcony near us blowing into our unit and had one pet owner that didn't clean after their pet after using the designated spot which is by the grill area.oh...pool was like ice our entire stay to where we didn't get to enjoy it.

Great First Visit to Gulf Shores
What a beautiful condo and property. Walking in was like home away from home. The view is amazing and ease to the beach great. My college age children found it great also. Everything we needed was at our fingertips. Even little things like fans. Tana was great from booking to stay..quickly answering any questions. The living room furniture is getting a little dated but that didn't bother us as most of our time was outdoors. Beds comfortable with lots of pillows and extra blankets. Location super convenient to local restaurants. Store across the street walkable has lots of basics.
