"BEACHBALLER" is a 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom, 1500 sq. ft. private, DOG friendly* home located about two blocks from the white sugary sands in Gulf Shores, Alabama. A newly installed traffic light with pedestrian crosswalk makes beach access easy!
Adequate parking for 4 vehicles maximum. No passes required
*** DOG fee is $250 and max weight of each dog allowed is 40 pounds. Dog fee is not included in the total. You will need to let us know after reserving that you are bringing a dog so the dog fee can be added. ***

That's right, TWO DECKS AND A POOL!!!
The main living space in this charming cottage is spacious and outfitted with colorful, coastal chic furniture including a sectional queen sleeper sofa and a cozy chair. There is also a dining area with a dining table with seating for four. The kitchen is fully stocked with all appliances, pots, pans, cooking utensils, plates, and glassware you'll need to make yourself at home during your Gulf Shores vacation.
The Master Bedroom has a Queen Bed, HDTV, and a beautiful shiplap wall. The upstairs guest bedroom has a Queen bed. The upstairs bedrooms share a newly renovated Jack-and-Jill bath with a custom tile shower combo.
Downstairs is a full bunk room for 6 guests. The room is equipped with Two Twin over Full bunks beds, a kitchen sink with butcher's block, microwave, mounted HDTV, and a Private Bathroom.

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:
RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.
NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.
AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.
CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.
CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.
DOG-FRIENDLY PROPERTIES: If you are staying at a dog-friendly property, you MUST notify us and pay a non-refundable dog deposit. Failure to do so will result in us charging your card for the entire amount authorized for damage.
MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.
PARKING PASSES: Maximum of 4 vehicles allowed. No passes required. The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.
CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.
