CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.

WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

Perfect Place with Incredible Views!
The condo was beautiful and spotless, just as advertised. Management was quick to respond to messages and incredibly friendly. Even met the housekeepers as we were departing, and they were extremely friendly. We couldn't be happier with our choice to stay in the condo. We will most certainly be back. You will not regret choosing this place.

Very clean and beautiful
Unit was amazingly clean, the furnishings and appliances looked new, and the location was gorgeous. There are views of the ocean from two sides and views of the lagoon from another two bedrooms. We would definitely stay there again.

This was one of our favorite condos. The views were amazing and we loved the layout. We stayed during New Year's eve so getting an elevator was not a problem; however, during the busy summer months, it could be an issue with only 2 elevators.

Quick Family Vacay
We chose this location due to its beach access and proximity to restaurants, stores, and family activities. The property provided everything we needed, from spacious rooms, bathrooms for everyone, beautiful beach steps away, and a pool for late night swimming. We only had one issue with a door not closing properly to the balcony, but they came out quickly after our request for repair and it was taken care of that day. Great responsiveness from the management team made for easy answers to our questions, and a comfortable stay. I highly recommend!

Amazing view...with all the amenities. Setup was perfect for 3 couples.
We arrived shortly after the winds from a hurricane so there was one elevator but other than that everything was great for our group.

The unit is amazing
The unit is amazing. There is everything you need to enjoy your stay. Watch out for the chair rental people on the beach. They wanted to charge us $45 for 1 hour to sit there. Other than that the unit was easy to get to. Easy to get to the beach. Very nice views from the 13th floor. Corner unit was the best!! Can’t wait to come back. Thank you again.

Great location! A few minor items needed repairs prior to our arrival (towel and toilet paper racks in master bedroom were all loose-I reported, remotes for tv's need batteries and a few issues like this-nothing major). We thoroughly enjoyed the property and location, would definitely stay again!

Lenzner Family Getaway Vacation
The property was clean & lovely decor with a great view! A family vacation we will never forget! A heated indoor pool & exercise room also. 3 bathrooms & 3 bedrooms made it so nice for entire family! Views from all 3 rooms amazing views from 13th floor. Washer, dryer, and dishwasher. Nice table with 6 sturdy chairs for family dining. Nice couch with lovely rug and swivel chair plus recliner, tv in each room. Need I say more? Best Place Ever! Memories to last a lifetime!

Our stay was fine except for one thing. My husband Steve has had several spinal fusion surgeries so he is not able to go into the ocean because of the strong waves. He was really looking forward to using the pool and whirlpool. Both were closed for remodeling. That was our only complaint.

Beautiful property. Perfect for family so nice to have bathrooms for all bedrooms. Nice beach workout room etc. Only feedback, providing more than one roll tp, and small amounts of dish soap, dishwasher liquid. Usually more is provided. But other than that, absolutely perfect! This condo is nearly perfect! The only negative thing I can comment on is the comfort of the bed in the master bedroom. The mattress was tolerable but does need to be replaced. Another guest commented on the recliner that isn't in the best shape cosmetically but at least it is comfortable so I had no issues there. The location and the views from multiple windows throughout (including the bedrooms) as well as the expansive balcony with views of the ocean AND the bay across the highway were AMAZING! We also appreciated that each bedroom had its own full bathroom.

The beach location was great. The rooms were clean. I had a few concerns.
9 people you need more than 3 rolls of tissue. I texted about getting in the inside pool and it was a long wait for reply. We were given incorrect codes for pool and beach entrance. I texted about the boarding in the kitchen and the ceiling fan making noises all night. I was told it would be taken care of but wasn’t. The master bedroom does need updated matress! As stated before me in January. The kids enjoyed their stay tho!

Overall stay was just fine. A few things I would offer as feedback to the owners. First, PLEASE look into a new mattress for the master. What is there is way past it's life, hard as rock, and springs are shot. I could not use the master. Given there are two other bedrooms, we managed fine. Master bath is excellent!! The shower is incredible! Second, pictures presented showed a chaise lounger on balcony. This was no longer there. Again, we managed, but wanted to have that option. Finally........the recliner. I've seen other review comments on the recliner for this unit. It's worn, ripped and past it's prime and needs replacing. Everything else about this unit was as advertised and we enjoyed our stay!!! Would book this unit again for sure!!
