Spend your days splashing by the heated pool, or head out and explore the unspoiled natural beauty of the sugar-white sand beaches made of quartz! Finish your evening off with sunset views of the Gulf!

★ POOL ★
NOTE: POOL HEATING WILL BE ON FOR 12 HOURS BETWEEN 10AM TO 10PM FREE OF CHARGE. The pool will be heated up to a comfortable 83 to 85 degrees during your stay. If air temperature reaches under 40 degrees the pool heating will be shut off for protection. If there are any issues with the pool/spa please don't hesitate to reach out to us.

★ NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS ★
We hope you use and love our home but must remind you that only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions. If you’re not sure if your stay falls under these restrictions, please consult before booking.

★ PARKING★
Max 6 to 7 cars allowed in front of the house If any questions, please reach out and ask. We like to keep our neighbors happy.

★ PETS ALLOWED FOR A FEE★
While we allow up to 2 pets for a fee during booking, please follow these rules to avoid a $1000 fine
-Do not use our bowls and utensils for your pets.
-Do not allow them on furniture or bed.
-Please clean up after them and use proper hygiene.

★ ENTERTAINMENT★
Smart TV throughout and cable TV is installed and you may use Netflix, Amazon, YouTube, etc. by simply logging in.

★ SECURITY★
There are two security cameras overlooking the front driveway, and backyard. They are used to prevent unwanted visits. Please let us know if you have any concerns about the cameras.

MINIMUM AGE TO BOOK IS 21 YEARS OLD. THE BOOKING PERSON IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ENTIRE PARTY.
If police is called for disorderly conduct and loud music, you will be removed from premise immediately.

Fantastic Place
Our stay at this stunning VRBO property was incredible! The immaculate house, with its spacious living areas and beautiful decor, was perfect for family gatherings. The highlight was the well-maintained pool, complemented by close access to the beach, allowing for both relaxation and fun in the sun. Ladies Weekend
A 3-day weekend with 20 ladies and all needs were exceeded! Property bigger than expected with ample accommodations throughout! Short walk to beach and 5-7 minutes drive away from anything you need…restaurants, groceries, liquor, etc. Property manager was prompt with response time to any inquiries and requests! Great rental!
The house was super clean, beautifully decorated, well stocked. The pool was perfect for the afternoon and the yard was great for pets. Very short walk to the beach and convenient to restaurants and shopping. The host was a great communicator. We would definitely rent this property again.

Outstanding beach house
We were here with a group for a softball tournament spread out across Gulf Shores and we by far had the best house. Perfect layout for a big group and WELL STOCKED. Things like pods for clothings and dishes washing were provided and there were tons of towels for both pool and showers. The house is across the street and down a few houses from the public beach access but with plenty of chairs and a beach wagon, getting there was so easy. The outdoor shower was a big plus as with only 3 bathrooms, this helped a large group get showered quickly. We never ran out of hot water either. The Pool was perfect and I don't know if they have a chiller but our pool was so much more comfortable than the pools at the other homes of our friends. Tons of games for kids to play. We never even turned on a TV so can't comment on that. Wifi always worked. We can't say enough good things!!! Communication with the owner was perfect as well.

Great Beach Vacation
We had an amazing trip, and this house was a very large part of why we had such a great time! The house was perfect for a large family. It was clean and had pretty much everything we needed to cook, clean and enjoy the beach! The pool was an extra bonus. The kids went swimming every morning! I highly recommend.

Weekend get away/ girls trip
We had such an amazing time at the home! I would highly recommend staying here. The pool is amazing and so fun, there are lots of pool toys, chairs, wagons, the beach is a very short walk from the house and the beds are super comfortable. We didn’t have kids with us this time, but will definitely be coming back with kiddos. It is such a great home for an all adult trip but has everything you need for kiddos as well. We requested Ubers/Lyfts to get around. There weren’t a ton of options, but we were lucky enough to get two every time we needed them. If you stay here, you will not be disappointed.

This home was a great selection for our group of 11! The location was wonderful - literally a 5 minute walk to the beach access. The house was set up with beach equipment, which was nice. We had a great stay. The inside of the home was as pictured, and it was spacious and clean. The location was great with easy access to the beach. There were plenty of chairs and some toys for taking to the beach (and even a wagon for transporting items). The kitchen could have had more items (I.e. there wasn’t a paring knife, ample mixing bowls, etc), but in general it was well-appointed. The backyard needs some attention and the pool is super small, but these things wouldn’t prevent us from staying here again.

House was great! A few minor issues like top rack of dishwasher was broken, ice maker made little to no ice, pool basket was full of toys and pool pump was not on but when maintenance was contacted he was very responsive. We would definitely rent this place again!

Perfect Group Beach Vacation Home
Our week-long stay at this property was fantastic. The location of the house is perfect as it is only a 2 minute walk from the public beach access. It was very clean and accommodated us greatly with everything we needed for the trip. I hope that we can return to this home again on vacation next year!
