Things to know:
Guests will have access to six outdoor pools on the Gulf Shores Plantation grounds plus one indoor pool, and sauna in the Dome Area of Bldg 4.
Some community amenities may be subject to a small resort fee.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great stay
Great place to go for a quick, cheaper weekend beach trip. There are no “extras” like a hair dryer and basic kitchen seasonings. The restaurant on site is yummy, and there are plenty of pools and hot tubs around so no where felt crowded. Overall great place to stay!

Perfect for small children!!
I loved the condo. It was the perfect size for our little family. We carried our grandkids so loved the simplicity in the decor- no breakables or things sitting around that I had to worry about! Very clean and nice view of the beach. Short walk to the beach and pool!

Nice Spot!
This was our first trip to Ft. Morgan. The condo was clean and super cute. Extra blankets and sheets in the closet were a big plus! We had 3 kids from ages 4-13 with us and were comfortable! This condo looks directly at the Sassy Bass Island Grill and we loved that we could just walk across the parking lot to grab dinner or drinks. It was the perfect spot for our first trip to the area!

The condo was nice, the property is in need of updating. There are no signs directing you anywhere. The security guard was rude. You can tell it was once several resorts that have been combined into one. It is very far from conveniences.

Not a wheelchair handicap accessible unit.
Overall the room was very nice but my elderly handicapped father was unable to fit his wheelchair in the restroom due to the narrow doorway and wasn’t able to get out into the balcony because of the raised door frame. A person capable of walking wouldn’t spend money on a room and drive 6+ hours for a place without bathroom access.. definitely caused stress on what should have been a pleasant trip

Small, Clean, Minimalist
Condo was clean, large enough for my family of 5. Decor is minimal - which I appreciated with small children. Kitchen was fully stocked with cookware. Plenty of towels and wash clothes for everyone. Mini soaps and shampoo/conditioner available. Conveniently located right across from the restaurant on site, and next to the largest outdoor pool. Will book again in the future!

Review of Plantation East
The unit was newly remodeled with new appliances, furniture, and paint. There were some issues with cleanliness, there were no lamps, had to use ceiling lights, and no night stands- had to put things on floor- also the balcony seemed loose- so we didn’t venture out on it- had a great time though

Dirty filthy sheets on bed. So disgusting. Didn’t notice it at first bc there’s a fitted sheet on top. Unit was ok other than that. It’s remodeled but could use a washer & dryer. So definitely bring extra towels or be prepared to buy some.

Much smaller… the bed was broken. More than half the towels were dirty. It was just small enough to step all over your stuff. Not what I was expecting. It seemed as if we had a washer and dryer. Nothing was prepared for our arrival. We had to call to get the code emailed to us… we didn’t have enough towels. There was sand in all of the floors. The curtains weren’t big enough to cover the curtain completely.. and when we touched them they fell from there rod to the floor. Really disappointed. Will not recommend and will not come back.

Stained room, good view
The room was outdated and the furniture was stained. There were two pairs of underwear left in the room (under bed and in closet). One blanket in the closet had what appeared to be blood stains. The curtains were stained and broken. The old tv was replaced in the guest room. It only plays DVDs. The fridge is rusty on the outside. The carpet is old and stained. The wallpaper is peeling. Two chairs were broken on the balcony. The view was a great side view of the beach. It is a close walk to the beach. The restaurant was not good. They messed up our order 3 times. There are not close restaurants or grocery stores besides this. The beach wasn't too crowded. The room served its purpose. I think it could be easily updated. It appeared to have been cleaned, but it was stained.

Was Not Cleaned
I loved that it was close to the beach and had a pool. The room is in bad condition and had multiple light fixtures out, the stove handle comes off, and there was sand in the tub and the beds.

Great Location! Will stay here again.
What you see is what you get - which was great for us! Balcony has a view of beach. This property is not on the main strip in Gulf Shores so the beach was not crowded. Kitchen was stocked with what we needed. Only complaint - I wish there was a washer and dryer in the condo, the property has a shared laundry room on each floor. We did not use it because we were only there for three days.
