Overall the place is in a great location. The condo furnishings are outdated and worn, the bathroom in hallway had a funny smell. The floors were not clean, sand throughout. The location again was very convenient and near everything.

Beautiful beach view
We came down for spring break with friends. We had three 14 year olds who had an amazing time. The location was perfect to see and get to the beach. Prime location for shopping and dining. The condo had everything we needed to cook with. The beds were comfy. I would stay here again in a heart beat. 10/10 recommend

The place was squeaky clean and had fabulous views from the 16th floor balcony. Parking is not included which is not clear from the listing. Check in was a breeze.

Great views!
The owner is very responsive and eager to solve any problems. Our problems were minor, but she provided immediate help and kept frequent contact. The views were great, condo was nice, and we would stay here again.

I thought that the property was exactly what we were looking for.
This was the first time we actually stayed right on the beach. It was an amazing time. The view was spectacular. The kitchen made it easy to prepare meals. There was plenty of room for the five of us. Access to the beach was so easy. Down the elevator and right to the beach. The pool was not what we were expecting(little small) nice area for little ones though. The property is real close to highway 59 and the souvenir shops if that is your thing. My family and I will stay here again.

Gulf Shores Alabama
This trip was a week long trip with my family to see the beautiful Gulf Shores white sand beaches. The area has everything you would want, everything was within walking distance and they had boat rentals about a 10 minute drive away. They also has off-shore fishing you can rent for a half or full day. The condo was plenty big enough and had a excellent view from the 16th floor, I spend every morning with my coffee on the balcony's. I would highly recommend this trip as a beach get away if you are needing the sand and surf. The water was very warm as well during June. Enjoy.

Balcony with Dolphins
We stayed at Pari’s place over spring break and had a fantastic time. The condo was clean, spacious, and comfortable for the four of us, but its treasure is the balcony. We walked out onto it on arrival and were immediately treated to an amazing view from the 16th floor that included dolphins playing just off the coast! The beach is mere steps away and the condo is right next to the excellent sea’nsuds (make sure you get your souvenir cup). We also enjoyed The Hangout and putt putt golf. So fun! Pari was also very easy to communicate with.

Family and Friends Trip
My son graduated from college and wanted to go on vacation vs having a graduation party. We selected this condo to spend week in primarily based on location and the sleeping accommodations. It’s directly on the beach and in the heart of Gulf Shores. I was very pleased with the owner and how prompt their response was. Everything was clearly communicated. The unit was clean, beautifully decorated, and well maintained. The location was perfect. I would highly recommend this condo for your vacation! We made a lot of great memories during our week here.

Awesome Host
I have stayed in numerous VRBOs over the years, however, have never had a host that went out of their way to be so accommodating! At the beginning of our trip, the host sent list of recommendations from restaurants, to entertainment for our family. They checked in with us to make sure everything was acceptable upon our arrival. The unit was very clean with a beautiful and amazing view, with everything we needed for our stay On the last day of our stay, we had a medical emergency due a health issue. We notified our host, and they went ahead and made arrangements for us to stay in the unit an additional day. Not only were they understanding, they checked on us numerous times. No one dies this any more. We were so appreciative and thankful to have crossed paths with this host!

Property was nice. The air conditioner had a hard time keeping up. They need a couple more skillets to cook in. The elevators were by far the worst. Wait times were sometimes 20+ minutes and the parking spots were small.We usually stay in a house but wanted to give a condo a try, will stay in a house next time. We are just spoiled, but nice property.

This is a beautiful property and the owner is gracious and accomodating. At the last minute, we asked to add an additional night and she did with no problem. The property is right on the beach/ocean with a large balcony. It was clean and the beds were very comfortable. There is a trash chute so you do not need to lug your trash down the elevator. We had no issues with the timliness of the elevator as I have seen in other posts. However, there is quite a bit of construction in the parking deck and it may be difficult to find a parking space at times. This is by no means fault of the owner. We will return!
